个人简介：Professor Yan Liu is Professor of Geographical Information Science and Dean of General Education at Lee Woo Sing College of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and an Honorary Professor at the University of Queensland, Australia. She is a Quantitative Human Geographer and Spatial Data Scientist, specialising in GIS, spatial analytics and modelling, and computational social science research. She has been recognized as amongst the World’s Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University since 2020. She is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society (UK), an Executive Member of the IGU Applied Geography Commission and of the Computational Social Science Lab at CUHK, and served at the College of Experts of the Australian Research Council.

唐遠炎

个人简介：同济大学艺术与传媒学院教授，设计学博导，汽车工程博导，英国皇家艺术协会会士FRSA，同济大学艺术与传媒学院用户体验实验室/汽车交互设计实验室负责人。研究方向是智能认知交互，智能驾驶座舱设计和评估；传统运动认知与艺术疗愈，以及混合空间信息设计和具身化设计。近年来先后主持国家自然科学基金项目、国家社科后期资助项、科技部外专项目、深圳国际科技合作项目10余项省部科研项目，获得17项发明专利，20余项实用新型、外观专利；发表论文60余篇，出版著作5本、教材2本和部分数字媒体作品。上海市重点课程，上海市一流本科课程负责人。其中著作《交互设计-设计思维与实践》及相关交互设计教学资源库、沙盘等教学成果，在国内10余高校采用，在交互设计教学和产业界得到了广泛的好评。2005年从英国留学回国建立中山大学传播与设计学院数字媒体研究中心/交互设计研究中心，中山大学百人计划获得者；2013年6月调入同济大学艺术与传媒学院，同济大学青年英才计划（骨干人才计划）获得者。

Dr Xianzhong Mark Xu教授
英国朴茨茅斯大学信息管理教授、英国高等教育学会会士（FHEA）

个人简介：Mark Xu is a professor in Information Management and founding director of Responsible AI Lab at the university of Portsmouth. Currently Director of Centre for Operational Research and Decision Analysis. His specialism is in strategic information management, sustainable capability development, supply chain and food traceability systems, digital technologies and AI governance. Mark led several research and knowledge transfer projects funded by Innovate UK and companies totaling around £1 million and published over 80 internationally recognized journal papers. Mark serves as associate journal editor, journal reviewer, UK Research Council grant reviewer, and currently guest editor for the top journal -Technological Forecasting and Social Change.

Former tech founder with two successful exits. PhD researcher in AI Ethics at Portsmouth University.
Track record spans policy-level AI governance, technical assurance, continuous compliance monitoring, and practical AI implementation in complex, regulated data landscapes including GCHQ-cleared environments.
