Brief Introduction: Dr. Luisito L. Lacatan is an Associate Member of the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP-DOST. He authored, co-authored, and published numerous papers in international journals and proceedings indexed in SCOPUS. Published 49 researches where 20 researches are indexed in SCOPUS with 64 citations with h-index of 6 and 159 citations and h-index of 8 in Google Scholar, 2 registered UTILITY MODEL, and book chapter in SPRINGER. Attended and presented research at international conferences in the Philippines, Hongkong, Singapore, Malaysia, and Las Vegas, USA.
He is an Associate Professor and Dean of the College of Engineering at Pamantasan ng Cabuyao (University of Cabuyao), Philippines. He received his Master of Engineering in Computer Engineering in 2005 and PhD in Mathematics in 2008. He is an active Regional Quality Assessment Team (RQAT) for Engineering Education at COMMISSION ON HIGHER EDUCATION - Region 4A (CHEDRO-4A), CHED Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation (CHED - ETEEAP) and Program Evaluator (PEV) for Computer Engineering in Philippine Technological Council - Accreditation and Certification Board for Engineering and Technology Engineering Accreditation Commission (PTC-ACBET-EAC), under the Washington Accord.
